In order to start an application for this group booking reservation, you need to first select a unit.
Search Floor Plans
Before You Apply – The application takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete, but you will have 40 minutes before the home is released.
Please have the following ready before you begin:

• Social Security or Tax ID Number
• Photo ID – Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport (number, issue date, expiration date, issuing state)
🏠 Current Residence
• Current address
• Landlord name and phone number
• Move-in date
💼 Employment & Income
• Employer name, address, and supervisor contact
• Job title, start date, and gross monthly income
• Any additional income sources and amounts
👨👩👧👦 Occupants
• Full name and date of birth for everyone living with you
• Email address required for anyone 18 years or older
🐾 Pets
• Breed and minor details for each pet
🚗 Vehicles
• Make, model, and color
• License plate number and state
⚠️ Application Fees
• Non-refundable $65 processing fee due upon application completion
